ORDERING

Once, and providing only, payment in full has been received from you we will process your order for despatch. Until such time that you receive confirmation from us of the despatch of your order, your order will be considered only as an offer to buy a Product from us

We reserve the right to refuse any offer to buy a product from us at anytime

The contract between us will only exist at the point we confirm the actual despatch of your order, in full or any part thereof, by email. The contract between us will only exist for those specific goods for which we have notified you of the actual despatch

 

PAYMENT

The price at which we offer goods for sale is that shown on the website excepting cases where an obvious error has occurred. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline your offer. An obvious error is one where it would be fair and reasonable to assume the product price was grossly understated to the extent it could have reasonably been recognised by you as mis-priced

The final price quoted at the checkout process will include delivery costs, if any. The total price shown also includes VAT at the prevailing rate

Payment is to be made through the Paypal checkout system as indicated on the website. Whilst we are under no obligation to offer any alternate payment methods, we may from time to time accept alternative arrangements on a case by case basis. Subject to application by you and approval by us

 

DELIVERY

We will despatch orders after receipt of cleared payment within 1 working day. Whilst we will endeavour to despatch promptly, if for any reason, we are unable to despatch within 7 days we will notify you and give you the estimated date of despatch. Should you not wish to proceed you may advise us of the cancellation of your order request and we will refund, in full, any payments you have made to us for the non-despatched goods.

We will notify you, by way of the despatch notification, the method of delivery. We cannot guarantee any specific day or time of arrival as goods will be despatched using third party services

Should delivery be refused by you or your agent and subsequently be returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment, less a deduction for any return postal charges incurred as a result.

‘Free delivery’ is available to all Mainland UK postcodes only and does not include Remote Areas, the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.  For other areas, please contact us prior to ordering. We will be happy to advise you of any delivery costs. Some items, by nature of their weight and/or size may be restricted to UK Mainland delivery only.

We use a number of delivery companies which include Royal Mail, Parcelforce & Yodel. Once your order has been dispatched you should expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days. If you do not receive your item within these timescales please let us know by contacting ourselves on 0141 647 0071.

 

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Under existing consumer contracts legislation (previously distance selling regulations) you may, within 14 days of delivery of the product, cancel the contract advising your intention to return and then a further 14 days to return the products to us for a refund under the terms stated in the remaining paragraphs of this section.

If you change your mind about the product you must return the item within 14 days of delivery (or within 14 days of notifying your intention to return) stating your reasons for the return. The cost of return carriage must be pre-paid by you.

For non-faulty returns (sometimes referred to as “remorse” returns) goods for which a return and refund is requested, must be returned in the original individual product packaging, as far as it is reasonably possible to do so, and must be in an unused and undamaged state.

Returns which are for reasons of fault or defect, should be returned within 28 days of receipt, where the fault is apparent upon receipt and/or first use. In the first instance, please call and/or email with details and a photo – advising if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

In the event, you receive any goods which you are defective or essentially different from those advertised and for which you wish to claim a refund, we will refund the full cost you have paid for the goods, including any delivery costs you may have paid, as well as make arrangements for the return of the item if required.

Please note proof of postage or despatch is not proof of delivery. We ask that you use a trackable/recorded delivery method for any returned goods. On return of your item we aim to process your refund within 7 working days.
