Ideal for improving core strength, flexibility functional training, aerobic and step as well as many other group and individual exercises.
Bar is made from solid steel and is protected by a rubber coating to provide comfort and protection.
Rubber coating also prevents rips, tears and cuts.
Weight is evenly distributed along the bar.
Weights are embossed onto end caps.
All bars are approximately 120cm long.
